Our worship services are held on Sunday mornings at 10:00 a.m. Our services include a mixture of contemporary and traditional songs, prayer, music, and teaching from the Bible. Our church musicians lead us in musical ministry. Children's Church is provided for our younger worshippers.
Opportunities are available to learn together in smaller groups or through "life-on-life" discipleship. Children's Church meets during the Worship Service to teach children about our Lord. Our Sunday School has an Adult Bible Class which meets at 9:00 a.m. Various small group Bible studies and Discipleship groups meet as well. Contact the church for more information.
We enjoy a warm fellowship with one another through all-church activities as well as age and gender-oriented programs. Our women’s ministry include study groups, retreats, craft nights, and more. Our men’s ministry has Bible studies and occasionally attends retreats and conferences.
Recognizing the importance of fulfilling Christ’s mandate to share the Gospel is our motivation to reach out both locally and globally. We do this through involvement in local projects, short-term missions trips, and the prayer and financial support of vocational missionaries both in the United States and overseas.
We seek to be good stewards of that which God has provided for us in terms of "time, talent, and treasure". Our Stewardship Team cares for the financial and facility matters of our ministry together. At the same time, our Leadership Team encourages all to identify and implement their Spiritual Gift[s] to serve the Lord as a part of their personal stewardship.
Our prayer team would be honored to pray for any burdens on your heart. Click here to send us an email: prayer@allenvillebaptistchurch.org.
If you are not a part of our local church family please identify yourself as a friend of the ministry when sending your email. You can keep it simple, and you don't even have to give names of the people involved. The Lord knows them.
As you feel led, please give us updates on your submitted prayer requests. We are always encouraged to see and hear how the Hand of God is moving in lives.
